When you create a Lovegadgetz.com account, you qualify for our awesome 90 days product guarantee. If anything goes wrong with your product, we'll replace it for up to 90 days after purchase.

Customer Happiness Promise Terms and Conditions
The Customer Happiness Promise applies to all sex toys. Except Lingerie, lubricants, bondage items or gifts and games are excluded.
To make a claim under the Customer Happiness Promise you must: have a Lovegadgetz.com account. You can create an account here. complete a Returns form to let us know you are returning a product - choose "Customer Happiness Guarantee Claim" as the reason for the return. return the unwanted product within 30 days of receiving it. We will send you a replacement product of similar value free of charge. We will contact you to discuss which product will be most likely to make you happy!
If you choose a lower priced item as a replacement, we are unable to refund the difference. We cannot send you a higher priced item with a payment for the difference.
We can only replace your sex toy with another sex toy, not with other items such as lingerie.
If you return a product more than 30 days after purchase and it is not faulty, we will dispose of it in a safe and responsible manner. You will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. This also applies to any non-Lovegadgetz items we receive.
